Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Randall County Inmate Population. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site or any search tool, link, or resource presented here.

Randall County Inmate Population is privately owned and is not affiliated with Randall County, the Randall County Sheriff's Office, Randall County Jail, TDCJ, any court, or any corrections agency. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provide consumer reports, background checks, private-investigation services, or FCRA-covered screening for credit, employment, insurance, housing, or similar decisions.

What This Site Provides

This is a private reference website. It does not store official jail records, court filings, warrant data, booking photos, or Texas Public Information Act records, and it cannot confirm custody, release anyone, or submit documents to a government office.

The site points visitors toward Randall County inmate and jail-record resources, including the sheriff roster, Randall County Jail, TDCJ, BOP, ICE, VINELink, and third-party research tools.

Use Rules

  • Do not try to access systems, files, or data without authorization.
  • Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated harvesting tools.
  • Do not interfere with site operation or other visitors' access.

No Consumer Reporting Use

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide consumer reports, credit reports, background checks, or screening products, and partner advertising does not change that rule. You agree not to use information from this site or linked tools for:

  • Hiring, firing, promotion, or employment screening.
  • Tenant, lease, or housing eligibility decisions.
  • Creditworthiness, lending, insurance pricing, or insurance eligibility.
  • Licensing, permits, benefits, or government-program eligibility.
  • Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

External Links

The site links to jail rosters, sheriff pages, corrections locators, court and public-record portals, Texas statutes such as Government Code Chapter 552, and outside search services. We do not control those sites, their privacy practices, their uptime, or the accuracy of their data. Review their terms before using them.

No Warranties

The site is provided as is. We make no warranty that:

  • Information is accurate, complete, or current.
  • The site will be available without interruption.
  • The site will be free from errors, bugs, or security issues.
  • Any partner search result will be complete or useful for your purpose.

Custody status, court records, bond information, roster visibility, and public-information responses can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement from Randall County, the sheriff, a court, TDCJ, BOP, ICE, or any other agency.
